It is a week filled with fast and family-friendly meals. The Thai pork curry – one of this week’s freezable meals – is a great introduction to curries for young children. You can swap the pork mince with chicken mince if you prefer. Our mid-week meal is Aglio e olio e pesce, which we cook with flathead, blue eye, snapper or gem fish. Cook it on the day you buy the fish preferably. Some apple muffins for the lunches, and you are set for the week.

MEAL PLAN #50: Spring

Monday – Bean quesadillas – double and freeze half. Recipe on the app and the blog.

Tuesday – Thai pork curry. Double and freeze half. Recipe on the blog.

Wednesday – Aglio e olio e peace (Garlic, oil and fish pasta). Recipe on the app and the blog.

Thursday – Chicken tagine – from the freezer from week 48. Recipe on the app.

Friday – Leftovers / dining out / takeaway

Saturday – Gnocchi with tomato pasta sauce – sauce from the freezer from week 48. Recipe on the app and the blog.

Sunday – Super simple meal: Omelette. Recipe on the app and the blog so you can auto add ingredients to your shopping list.

Snacks: Apple muffins – recipe on the app and the blog.
