If you are looking for the perfect and simplest dressing for a green salad, look no further than this white balsamic dressing. It is slightly sweeter than other vinegar dressings, and quick to prepare.
WHITE BALSAMIC DRESSING

Makes: 1 cup of dressing
- ⅓ cup (80ml) of white balsamic vinegar
- ⅔ cup (160ml) of olive oil
- salt to taste
- Place ingredients in a jar. Shake jar well before using.
- Store dressing in a cool dry place in the pantry until required.
The above recipe can also be made using Balsamic vinegar, best with bitter leaves like rocket (arugula) and radicchio.
