A pie is a great winter warming meal, so make sure you double the meat ingredients for this Cottage pie to make a quick meal in a few weeks time. Spanakopita makes a great vegetarian addition to this week’s menu. If you are looking for a great method of cooking couscous in the microwave to accompany the tagine, check the app or click on our YouTube channel to get the low down. Dinner done.

MEAL PLAN #37: Winter

Monday – Chicken tagine – double and freeze half. Recipe on the app.

Tuesday – Cottage pie. Double meat mixture and freeze half. Recipe on the app.

Wednesday – Spanakopita. Recipe on the app and the blog.

Thursday – Lamb kibbeh from the freezer from week 35. Recipe on the app and the blog.

Friday – Leftovers / dining out / takeaway

Saturday – Nepalese chicken curry from the freezer from week 35. Recipe on the app and the blog.

Sunday – Super simple meal: Eggs on toast – any way you like them.

Snacks: Raspberry oat slice – recipe on the app and the blog. Use up any leftover baked veg for these tasty savoury lunchbox treats.
