The barbecue will get a good workout this week, with three meals you can cook on it. This week we are doubling the marinated Greek pork skewers and the split pea dahl. We love the simplicity of the Asian beef mince, which is a meal that is ready in minutes. Carrot cake makes a nice freezable snack too. Dinner done.

MEAL PLAN #49: Spring

Monday – Greek pork skewers – double and freeze half. Recipe on the app and the blog.

Tuesday – Split pea dahl. Double and freeze half. Recipe on the app.

Wednesday – Asian beef mince. Recipe on the app.

Thursday – Linda’s chicken gumbo – from the freezer from week 47. Recipe on the app.

Friday – Leftovers / dining out / takeaway

Saturday – Hamburgers – patties from the freezer from week 47. Recipe on the app and the blog.

Sunday – Super simple meal: Sausages and mash. A simple recipe on the app and the blog so you can auto add to your shopping list.

Snacks: Carrot cake – recipe on the app and the blog.
