Pesto is a very versatile dish – great with pasta, or on toasted sandwiches or pizza. Keep some frozen for quick meals down the track. The Asian marinade works well with pork or chicken, and is perfect teamed with some steamed rice and greens like buk choy.  Add some choc chip cookies into the mix for tasty lunchbox treats. Dinner done.

MEAL PLAN #45: Spring

Monday – Pesto – double and freeze half. Recipe on the app and the blog.

Tuesday – Easy Asian marinade, using any meat of your choice but shown here with pork cutlets. Double meat and marinade and freeze half. Recipe on the app.

Wednesday – Chicken hokkien noodles. Recipe on the app and the blog.

Thursday – Baked beans – from the freezer from week 43. Recipe on the app and the blog.

Friday – Leftovers / dining out / takeaway

Saturday – Beef stroganoff from the freezer from week 43. Recipe on the app and the blog.

Sunday – Super simple meal: Fettuccine carbonara. Recipe on the app and the blog.

Snacks: Chocolate chip oat cookies – recipe on the app and the blog. If tempted, double the recipe and freeze half the uncooked mix in a log shape ready to cut.
