PANTRY STAPLES FOR QUICK MEALS
- diced/whole tinned tomatoes
- tinned (canned) chick peas, red kidney beans, cannellini beans, lentils
- tuna and sardines in oil (or spring water if you prefer)
- tomato passata (purée)
- tomato paste (concentrate)
- rice and noodles
- eschalots (French shallots)
